In celebration of 20 years of the South African Constitution the Ichikowitz Family Foundation partnered with CitySightseeing and Constitutional Hill to offer children involved in an after-school art programme, Lalela Project, an opportunity to explore Johannesburg heritage and engage with “It’s a Fine Line” showcased at Constitution Hill.
